Through the use of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives and other documents, VenturaLaw helps clients protect, safeguard, and transfer property efficiently to their beneficiaries. A well-crafted plan will also address the healthcare needs of clients as they age and require the help of caregivers by ensuring the availability of Medicaid benefits, should the client so wish.

The following is a list of representative fees. Note, these fees do not include funding of a trust or establishment of subsidiary companies nor do they include any associated costs.

BASIC WILL
$750 - $1,500 for a single person
$1,250 - $2,000 for a married couple

BASIC WILL PLUS PACKAGE

$1,500 per month
Telephone availability 7 days per week
Email & text availability during working hours
One in person meeting per month
A $500 credit against any monthly invoice on matters that are billed hourly. The credit in non-cumulative.

DISCRETE LEGAL SERVICES

Depending on the nature and complexity of the matter, a variety of legal fees are available including contingency, hourly, flat and a combination fees.

The standard hourly fee is $450.



Governmental & Administrative Law

Since 1996, Ralph Ventura has represented various municipalities as special counsel, code enforcement hearing officer and city attorney. Further, Ralph Ventura also served as a mayor’s chief of staff and deputy city manager for over six years, positions that have brought Mr. Ventura into contact with elected and appointed governmental officials throughout Miami-Dade County.

VenturaLaw provides representation of individuals and businesses in land-use, zoning, code enforcement, fine mitigation, employment and other matters before the Board of County Commissioners, municipal and district councils, county and municipal boards and legal proceedings flowing from these proceedings. Fees for these services are quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the matter.
